Summary/Abstract: In June 2023, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: ECHR judgment of 15 November 2022 in the case of Poienaru v. Romania (Application no. 43.744/17); Law no. 156/2023 on the organization of the activity for the prevention of child separation from the family; Decision of the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 103/2023 approving the Regulation on the graduation exam of the National Institute of Magistracy. Moreover, in June, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Criminal Code; GEO no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads; Law no. 514/2003 on the organisation and exercise of the profession of legal counsellor; Law no. 350/2001 on territorial and urban planning, Law no. 50/1991 on the authorisation of construction works; GEO no. 97/2005 on the registration, domicile, residence and identity documents of Romanian citizens; Framework Law no. 153/2017 on the salaries of staff paid from public funds; GEO 168/2022 on some fiscal-budgetary measures, extension of some deadlines, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts; GEO 53/2023 for the establishment of some measures on the salaries of staff in the national state education system. Last but not least, the Official Gazette of June also published The ECHR judgment of 8 November 2022 in the Văleanu and Others v. Romania case (Application No. 59.012/17 and 29 other applications).
