Summary/Abstract: Among the Polish currents in the anthropology of literature – or even more broadly –of the anthropologization of various disciplines of the humanities and social sciences,a tradition worthy of recalling is Forum Humanistyczne (FH; Humanities Forum).Functioning informally for a decade in 2005-2015, the labile group of scholars primarilyfrom Toruń and Olsztyn – with friends from Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Poznan – hasdeveloped their own ways of doing humanities and social sciences. The FH activitiesresulted in ten books signed with the logo Colloquia Humaniorum, consisting of almost150 articles written by 85 people who participated in the FH deliberations. This articledoes not describe the history of the FH but re-constructs the (common?) anthropologicalproject underlying this initiative, including the anthropology of literature.
