Summary/Abstract: This paper highlights the evolution of the phenomenon of domestic violence, a phenomenon that affects women in special. The scale of gravity of this phenomenon is given by the large number of calls and complaints registered by the police. Currently, a big step was made in fighting against domestic violence by the fact that the electronic bracelets were implemented as protection for the victims of domestic violence.
