Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the political and military situation in Europe in mid-1941 and the impact of Germany on the Soviet Union. Thus began the war on the Eastern Front, which lasted with varying happiness until May 1945. The Red Army captured Berlin and reached the RiverBea, where it met British troops from the west. This success was made possible by the creation of an anti-Nazi coalition composed of the Soviet Union, The United Kingdom and the United States, and many other countries. Poland was also a member of the Coalition.
