Summary/Abstract: The world of modern education is highly competitive and programs must be flexible, adapted not only to accomplish the task of educating students, but also to update pedagogical and managerial practices that are suitable for the electronic universe. The promotion of the new concept, the pedagogy of ethics, also requires correlation with digital education in the implementation of the Transcendental Methodology of the formation of ethical pedagogical intelligence at the level of teachers and management.
