Summary/Abstract: The integration of the human rights-based approach is one of the actions that are carried out both in the professional training of social workers, as well as research and practice in the field of social work. The intervention of social workers from the perspective of human rights involves a series of advantages at the individual and societal levels. The article analyzes the issues investigated at the international level that reflect the concern about the relationship between social work and human rights. Some aspects of integration of new approach in professional training of social worker in the Republic of Moldova are presented in the article.
