THE LANGUAGE OF SOCIAL ENGINEERING AS AN INSTRUMENT OF SNEAKY MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: In science, social engineering is treated as a harmless field of knowledge. Instead, it is dangerous psychology. A person with sufficient orientation in this area can manipulate and control the behavior of others for their own purposes. This fi eld promotes the so-called the language of deception, which consists of lies, half-truths and dangerous whispers behind people’s backs. For many leaders and managers, it is an attractive tool for managing political, social and business organizations. There is talk of the so-called deceptive management under which the so-called Machiavellian style. The aim of the article is to present selected social engineering tools used in the management of various organizations and institutions. At the outset, there is a research problem, which is the manipulation of people. The research question is: should modern man know the language of social engineering if he is unethical and immoral? This question forces us to make the following hypothesis that knowledge of the concept of social engineering can prevent manipulations and various traps that a deceitful manager sets for his victims by using lying language. The method of critical literature analysis was used.
