Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the supply chain in a clothing company. The impact of logistics systems used in this company and adaptation to the structure of fast fashion was shown. They searched for answers to the research question: What modern supply chain and logistics chain technologies help MANGO to be a well-organized enterprise in times of fierce competition and quick response to a dynamically changing environment.
