Summary/Abstract: In the context of an accentuated economic globalization, globalization that has almost generated a loss of energy independence at least at the European level, but especially in an economic context strongly unbalanced by the Covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, a series of crises overlap that they support each other and for which solutions have not yet been found. Specialists say that simultaneous solutions are needed for the four crises - economic, political, energy and workforce - and their depth does not support the finding of dissociated or slow solutions. The work tries to highlight the interdependence of these economic imbalances as well as the slow adoption by governments of measures to protect consumers, especially the vulnerable ones (taking into account the high inflation installed worldwide) but also the efforts made by a number of states, for the transition to green energy.
