Summary/Abstract: In this article I analyze the phenomenon of the radicalization of the medical conscience clause, which followed a judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal. I present how the populist party uses the medical conscience clause to create a policy based on morality and discrimination. Using the example of the actions of populists who depart from the liberal model of human rights, I show how women’s rights are currently limited and violated. Finally, I discuss how other professions try to use the medical conscience clause to limit the provision of services.
