Summary/Abstract: The main events of the program of the XXIV National Children's Book Festival, organized by the “Sava Dobroplodni” Regional Library Sliven in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Sliven Municipality, District Administration – Sliven, the largest children's publishers, NHA – Sofia, etc. The festival successfully realizes its main goals: to promote the work of contemporary Bulgarian children's authors who work both in the country and abroad; to actively assist in improving the interaction between authors, illustrators, publishers and distributors of children's books; to provoke debate and influence publishing policies; with the assistance of leading computer companies, to provide space for meetings between art, storytelling and technology, where through presentations and master classes, innovations connecting the printing world with the digital universe are presented; to impose new models for creating interest in books and reading; through numerous competitions to inspire children to creativity, and the prestigious National Award “Konstantin Konstantinov” – for contribution to children's book publishing to be a stimulus for the development of writing and publishing for children.
