Summary/Abstract: The Romanian legislative system allows, through a special procedure, the removal of the effects of some normative acts - the ordinances adopted by the Government, which directly harm a legitimate right or interest of a person. In this paper we will focus on the specifics of this procedure for guaranteeing the rule of law and for counteracting the illegal normative acts of the Executive.
