Summary/Abstract: Language is into a permanent changing and development. Relying on different cultural, social and political contacts, the Romanian Lexis either inherited or borrowed various words and expressions that contribute to the enriching of our vocabulary. In this way, we can specify the examples of the words that can be considered both derived and compound into our lexis. In this paper, we are going to discuss about words that contribute to the inner process of the enrichment of our Romanian lexis. Such words are called prefixoids and sufixoids into Romanian Language.
