Summary/Abstract: When we refer to religious objects of art, we must not lose sight of the pastoral function specific to religious heritage. It is extremely important that these goods be protected, preserved by the Church and beyond. At the same time, they must be valued. In this context, it was found that the Church over time, through numerous cultural and pastoral projects, has implemented a process of regeneration of these assets which, with proper planning of the necessary interventions, creates a long-term investment. This is due to the fact that it manages to activate resources in the territories and create new opportunities for economic and cultural development.
