Summary/Abstract: Employer branding has become a relatively new approach to recruitment, which can make employers more competitive in the long run. Companies with strong employer brand have the potential to reduce employee acquisition costs and increase employee retention. This research focuses on external communication of the employer branding. The aim of the paper is to map how companies communicate about the employer brand identity. With content analysis, the study examines the information shared on the communication channels of the IT companies participating in the research (own websites and Facebook pages)using a quantitative method.
