Summary/Abstract: Mihai ANDRIES is CISO at BRD, with over 10 years of experience in cyber security and over 20 years of banking experience. He started his activity in BRD in 2001, as IT administrator of the card payment system, then he was network engineer contributing to the design and implementation of the WAN, MAN, LAN networks of the bank. He completed his IT expertise covering the areas of technical architecture, strategy and IT processes to reach the IT Security area, initially operational and later – since 2013 – associated with cyber risk management in support of business activities.
