Summary/Abstract: Petru Cimpoeşu's prose is based on the resources of a playful and allegorical imaginary, features that lead to a narrative that knows its limits, through a certain detachment from its own strategies, but also through a textual deconstruction approach. The experiments, representations and textual configurations are representative of Petru Cimpoeşu's prose, which does not reject the traditional type of narrative, which is nuanced by ironic, imaginative and playful inserts. Petru Cimpoeşu is a very important prose writer of contemporary Romanian literature.
