Summary/Abstract: The objective of this case report is to show the results of surgical treatment of convergent strabismus on the example of a 7-year-old patient. The treatment was conducted at The Clinic for Eye Diseases in Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Convergent strabismus is a sensorimotor anomaly characterized by deviation of the eyes from the parallel position, manifestly, inwards/towards the nose, often in addition with visual impairment. After applying a range of conservative treatments, surgical treatment was performed on the patient. Retropositio MRM 6 mm and Resectio MRL 7 mm were performed through surgery. Post-operative check showed that, alongside aesthetic, functional healing was achieved through operation.
