Summary/Abstract: Establishing a connection between literature, languages and communication sciences proves itself very productive, even when we take into account this only common element of theirs, which is the character. Comparisons and resemblances between public figures and memorable literary characters are generally being discussed in various social contexts. These comparisons are rooted in the attempt to attribute the public figure a certain typology (whether it has become a media hero or not). Other public figures are so much publicized and therefore become so influential that they end up embodying a character, and any comparison with the literary world would be superfluous. In this respect, the first trait that entitles this new quality of being a character is undoubtedly this convergent triad - name, surname and nickname.
