Summary/Abstract: The article presents the author's view of the main stages of cooperation between the two (Russian and Bulgarian) training centers. An attempt is being made to comprehend the past and outline the possibilities for future relations, taking into account the changes that have taken place in the social, economic and cultural life of our countries. The necessity of maintaining mutual contacts is revealed, which meets the traditional interests of both peoples.
