In the last part, the study comprises a fragment of the results of a sociological research, performed on a group of more than 500 master students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, in the final year. The purpose of this research was, among other things, to highlight to what extent the organizational change is supported by the level and content of the training of young university graduates.
