EXPLORATORY ANALYSIS OF PERCEPTION ON THE QUALITY OF LOCAL PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MASTER PROGRAMS

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article concerns how a part of local government institutions in Romania perceive masters programs in public administration through the quality and usefullness of these programs. In fact, with this paper we want to outline an overall picture of the masters programs quality and perceived usefullness of village mayor office secretaries (village secretaries) in the Northwest region of the country.
