Summary/Abstract: The Romanian transition towards the market economy and the citizen mobility, especially the mobility of the labour force, produce effects in all social areas. This paper wants to present the influences on the family of the emigration of the labour force, in particular on the children left at home, considering some aspects of Finis village, Bihor county.
