Harmonization of National law Referring to Local Government of State Community Serbia and Montenegro with the EU Law

Summary/Abstract: During this period it is present harmonization process of our national law with The European Union law in all areas, consequently, in local self-government. That is being done by enacting local self-government law, which has to be harmonized with local self-government law of western European states, but, also with law of Balkan states, specially former Yugoslav. This article gives presentation of that process.
