Summary/Abstract: The article is a form of pedeutological reflection embedded in the context of a new professional and social situation that requires teachers and other school employees to quickly adapt to changes and add new social, intercultural and advanced digital competences. The author argues that certain workshop shortcomings will not have a significant impact on the education process, if the teacher retains the ability to flexibly reflect on their actions and approach their tasks. The effectiveness of didactic activities in a culturally and linguistically heterogeneous class will not only depend on the teacher’s skills, but also on how reflectively the teacher approaches their work.
