PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE OBLIGATION TO KEEP THE SECRET OF THE COMPANY IN SIMPLE JONT-STICK COMPANY

Summary/Abstract: The study deals with the issue of the obligation to keep the company secret by members of governing bodies in a simple joint-stock company. So far, this issue has not been studied in the literature. In the article the subject-matter and temporal scope of company secrets, the nature of the regulation as well as its significance and functioning in the Commercial Companies Code are analyzed.
