Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to show the key role of organizational culture and subcultures in healthcare for quality services, effective leadership, and job satisfaction. A detailed theoretical overview of the specialized literature worldwide has been carried out. The results confirm the primary role of organizational culture and subcultures in achieving maximum efficiency in service delivery, healthcare management, and overall employee satisfaction in healthcare organizations.
