Summary/Abstract: The period of ancient culture brings with it many advances and many landmarks, from which the generations that will shape the plan and the framework of the future world will be able to relate, but also to deepen the current stage of the fields in which they made up their daily landscape. part. Certainly, the Greek world in the Hellenistic period also falls into this category. If we have mentioned this special world of the ancient period, we must outline and appeal to the outstanding personality of King Alexander the Great. The history of ancient Greece is an extremely important landmark for identifying resources that can define some basic notions of state administrative organization. Keeping the same line of the previous idea, I agree with some historians who consider that in this area of ancient Greece the important formulas of organizing a community from a political point of view have been consolidated. Basically, it was the starting point of some rules of law regarding private property and legal freedom.
