Summary/Abstract: This work attempts to analyze the institute of obligatory notary processing of the acts predicted by the notaries law in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After a short presentation of the historical development of the notary’s and the relevant legal sources of this institute, an analysis of the procedure and the way of composing obligatory notary processing. The emphasis is placed on certain provisions of the mandatory notarial processing of acts and their specificities in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Attention is drawn to the advantages and disadvantages that occur with such an institute, and then brief review of the legal consequences of such acts is drawn. Through the presentation of court practice and the busy position of the court regarding the foundation of the institute of compulsory notary processing of acts, the work alleges the importance of harmonizing the procedure and the manner of drafting notary acts in the BiH legal system. The result of this work is to make a contribution to a more complete and more comprehensive examination of legal issues that may arise in relation to compulsory notarial processing of acts.
