Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to highlight the image of the child in the Romanian art and literature. This theme of the childhood has been approached with great interest, regardless of the era, in an innovative direction by artists and writers. We do not follow all the representations, but simply share different trends that can be observed and which help us to conceive the pieces for a history of childhood in the Romanian sphere.
