Summary/Abstract: The research aims to analyze and compare digital consumer behavior in two countries. Various statistical methods are used to gather information on topics such as age demographics, internet usage rates, web traffic share by devices and browsers, and search engine preferences. The purpose of the research is to provide recommendations on the digital landscape of Azerbaijan and Spain, which can be used by businesses, organizations, and policymakers to make informed decisions regarding digital marketing, e-commerce, and other digital initiatives. By identifying similarities and differences in digital consumer behavior between these two countries, the research can help organizations tailor their strategies to better meet the needs and preferences of consumers in these markets. The research shows that internet usage rates are higher in Spain compared to Azerbaijan, and both countries have a younger age group of users. In addition, mobile devices are popular for accessing the internet, with Azerbaijan leading in this aspect based on statistical analysis. Regarding search engines, Google dominates in both markets, with Yandex being the second most popular choice in Azerbaijan and Bing in Spain
