Summary/Abstract: The development of information technology has led to the rapid growth of online stores and increased competition. In online shopping, consumers are more rational in their decision making. Online stores actively engage in various marketing efforts to attract consumers to shop on their website. Therefore, the study of consumer behavior in the online environment is very relevant for the modern era. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product and website quality on consumers' online purchasing behaviors. Website quality is quite an important factor in attracting consumers to online shopping. In addition, the conformity of the product quality with the needs and expectations of the consumers also affects the online purchasing behavior of the consumers. Due to changing living conditions, consumer demands and preferences, the importance of e-commerce is increasing day by day. With the rapid development of e-commerce in our country in recent years and the sharp increase in the number of people using online trade, the increasing competition makes it urgent to conduct research in the direction of online purchasing behavior of consumers. The article analyzes the effect of product and website quality on consumers' online shopping habits in Azerbaijan and provides relevant recommendations for improving the performance of the e-commerce website.
