Summary/Abstract: This article examines the impact of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design on customer loyalty in the context of online shopping. As a result of a review of the existing literature and a survey conducted among online store buyers in a selected specific area, it was determined that both UX and UI design have a significant impact on customer loyalty. Analysis shows that customers who have a positive experience with a website's UX and UI design are more likely to return to the website and make additional purchases. The article also identified factors such as ease of use and usefulness, which are the main factors of customer loyalty in the context of online shopping. Thus, understanding the role of UX and UI in customer loyalty is crucial for businesses that want to gain a competitive edge in the market. This article also explored the impact of UX and UI on customer loyalty and key design elements that can influence customer retention. The latest research on the topic is analyzed to provide insights into practices for businesses to optimize UX and UI design and increase customer loyalty.
