Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the financial literacy of people who have studied finance, accounting, economics, management and other related fields in Azerbaijan. 251 people participated in the survey for this study. In order to make comparisons in the study, the answers to the questions in the questionnaire of the participants educated in other fields were used as a control group. At the same time, the participants' financial literacy differs according to a number of variables. In the rapidly growing competition in the world, it is important for everyone to be aware of financial transactions and to be able to make careful and thoughtful financial decisions. This study concluded that education is important for financial literacy. The answers given to the survey questions by the people who have not received training in this field are lower than those of the educated people. For this reason, it is considered acceptable to take various measures by state and private institutions to increase financial literacy. This research in the area of financial literacy will create a perspective for future research and increase the efficiency of research conducted in the direction of improving literacy in this area.
