DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF ELECTRON BANKING

Summary/Abstract: This article reveals what are the development problems of electronic banking in our country and what should be done to eliminate them. Electronic banking is a banking service that allows us to manage our accounts online and perform various banking transactions without going to the bank. There are different types of electronic banking: ATM, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, Postal and Electron Funds Transfer. In the other sections, general information about the benefits of electronic banking and technological, security and application problems that may occur in electronic banking are given. At the end, frequency analysis was made through the data we obtained through the questionnaire and the results of the analysis were explained. To summarize in general: People who do not use internet banking are either unaware of the existence of internet banking or are content to use traditional banking. People who do not use Internet Banking but are unaware of it, want information about internet banking to be given by the bank. Within the framework of these findings, more than one suggestion has been put forward both for the solution of various problems and for providing more useful and convenient internet banking services.
