Summary/Abstract: The world we live in is developing rapidly and we are part of this process. States and public sectors constantly offer services and innovate in these services to continue their existence. Today, service refers to a wide range of things, from the bagel seller on the street to the services provided in the public sector. Almost all countries in the world are taking certain steps to develop and increase their competitiveness. Their main goal is to improve the service sector. Because the service sector is the main reason for the country's development and citizen satisfaction. The development of the service sector not only brings a lot of income to the country, but also creates confidence in the state among citizens. In the modern world, almost every sector has become electronic. In our country, there are certain service areas that are electronic, which gives citizens certain conveniences. For example, if earlier you had to go to the institution to get the certificate confirming your studies in any university or school, now it is possible to get it with one touch from the relevant portal. These and other cases are examples of electronic government and electronicization of services. This situation plays an important role in the development of the country.
