Summary/Abstract: Digitalization has brought many changes and new demands with the great impact of the fourth industrial revolution starting from the 21st century. The topicality of the issue of digitalization of human resource management in enterprises is increasing every day. The main purpose of the study is to determine the role of digital transformation in terms of human resource management functions in enterprises, to research and study innovations in this field. The survey technique, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study, statistical analyses were performed with the results obtained. It has appeared in scientific journals reflecting the effects of digitalization on enterprises, especially in the field of human resource management, dissertations, related books have been used. According to the findings of the study, it has been concluded that many digital tools have been applied in human resources management departments, processes of human resources management as a result of the integration of digitalism. It can be explained that digital transformation in enterprises has positive effects especially in human resources management.
