Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the authors try to show the importance of the definition of the crime on the streets of cities, or phenomena known as street crime. They point out that in criminology discussions in phaenomenology , special attention is given to the spatial distribution of crime, between the city and country, for example, as well as in some areas of the city. They point to a causal relationship between poverty and crime, especially street crime. In the second decade of the 21st century, this phenomenon is not eradicated, but there is still a large number of papers and conferences, in which he emphasized the importance of the fight against the most visible forms of victimization of people in urban areas.
