Summary/Abstract: In 2011 Trakia University completed a three-year research and education project titled “Improving the Quality of Student Training”. The University conducted lectures and practical seminars with students centered on the principles and practices of Individual psychology. One of the most significant results of the successful completion of this project was the new focus of the academic programs in psychological counseling, developmental psychology and personality theories, offered by the Faculty of Education at Trakia University, on topics related to the theory and applied models of Adlerian psychology.
