A comparative approach was adopted to the forms of influence used in the pre-COVID and post-COVID times. In addition, the article discusses the articulated forms of influence and verifies the impact evolving from the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic used by interest groups towards public administration. The analysis was carried out aimed at a predictive look at the forms of influence used in relation to the current postpandemic situation, which are used by interest groups in lobbying campaigns in relations with decision-makers in public administration.
