Summary/Abstract: Aim: There are different expectations between employees and organizations in all areas of working life, especially in the service sector. Although these mutual expectations are only sometimes expressed in writing or verbally, they appear as the organization's rules, which is challenging for the employees occasionally. This study aims to investigate the relationship between learned resourcefulness and emotional dissonance and the psychological contract. Method: In line with the purpose of the study, a quantitative study was conducted on health employees to investigate the relationship in question. In this direction, 203 healthcare employees participated in the research, with the participation of healthcare professionals from hospitals B, C and D, most of them from Hospital A. Convenience sampling method was used in the research. The data obtained from the research were tested with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24. Findings: As a result of the findings obtained from the research (n=203), it was concluded that there was a very weak and positive relationship between learned resourcefulness and psychological contract, but no significant relationship was found between emotional dissonance and the psychological contract. Results: According to the research findings, healthcare professionals with a high level of learned resourcefulness can cope with a psychological contract, albeit to a lesser extent. It is thought that the health workers' taking great responsibility in the study carried out during the Covid-19 period is thought to affect the weak relationship between learned resourcefulness and psychological contract and the insignificant relationship between emotional dissonance and the psychological contract.
