Summary/Abstract: Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the frequency of use of mobile health applications and to establish the relationship between the use of mobile health applications and e-Health literacy. Additionally, the study aims to identify the reasons why users prefer mobile health applications, the types of mobile health applications they need, and their level of concern regarding current applications. Method: The data in this study was collected using the "e-Health Literacy Scale" developed by Norman and Skinner (2006) and adapted to Turkish by Gencer (2017). Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and correlation analysis were used in the data analysis. The data were analyzed with a confidence interval of 95% (p=0.05). Findings: 93.51% of the participants prefer to use mobile health applications in different categories to meet their health needs, and their e-health literacy levels are good in all categories and generally high with a mean of 3.76. While there was no significant difference in e-health literacy levels of the participants based on age and gender, there was a significant difference based on educational and employment status. Approximately 56% of the participants expressed no concern about data privacy and security when using mobile health applications, while 30% were undecided and 14% expressed concerns. Results: According to the results of the research, the use of mobile health applications is quite common among the participants, and online appointment booking applications are among the most preferred mobile health applications.
