Summary/Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between corporate environmentalism and organizational resilience in companies. In the study; the Gaziantep economic area is chosen as a sample and no sectoral restrictions are applied. Banerjee's (2002) corporate environmentalism scale and Kantur and İseri-Say’s (2015) organizational resilience scale were used, and 416 employees from all levels participated in the survey. The collected data was analyzed with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics program. Exploratory factor analysis, ANOVA and regression analyses were applied. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that there is a consistent relationship between the understanding of the corporate environmentalism of the companies and their organizational resilience. On the other hand, it has been revealed that the duration and the type of firm do not have a significant effect on the corporate environmental activities or organizational resilience of the companies. It can be said that the adaptability capacity of the company has increased with corporate environmental activities, and this has helped the firm to gain flexibility in recovering after challenging situations. From this point of view, it would be rational to say that, as businesses turn to environmentalist activities, they will increase their adaptability and become more resistant to crises with the flexibility they have gained.
