Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to analyze the scientific publications on the subject of psychological resilience in the journals in the Business and Management category in the Web of Science (WoS) database, with the descriptive content analysis method. Design/methodology/approach – Within the scope of the study, In the WoS database, In the category of Business and Management, Social Sciences Citation (SSCI), Emerging Sources Citation (ESCI) and Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-Expended) indexes, With the keyword "psychological resilience", both the subject headings and the tags of the studies were searched. As a result of the search, a total of 43 studies related to the subject were reached. Achieved studies, The descriptive content analysis method was analyzed according to the year they were published, the journal they were published in, the type of research they used, the sample group they were working with, the number of citations received and the quarterly (Q) of the journal they were in. Findings – As a result of the analysis, the studies on psychological resilience increased after 2020 and the highest number of studies was written in 2022. The journals in which the studies are included are “Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice” and “International Journal of Human Resource Management” journals. "quantitative" research techniques were used the most in the studies, and the sample group in which the subject was studied the most was "company employees" and "company owners/managers", respectively. Most cited, Shin, et al., (2012), There is an article titled “Resources for change: the relatıonships of organizational incentives and psychologic resilience to employees' attitudes and behaviors toward organizational change”, It is seen that the journals in which articles on psychological resilience are published are mostly in the Q1, Q2 quarter.
