Summary/Abstract: This study analyzes from a material and formal point of view the procedure for the settlement of complaints lodged by convicted persons against acts issued by specialized prison commissions or other dismemberments of the prison administration, concluding that Law no. 254/2013 establishes and organizes a veritable special administrative jurisdiction in which the main administrative actor is the judge supervising the deprivation of liberty.
