Summary/Abstract: In many countries, functional processes of public financial management are carried out through various systems managed by different institutions and whose integration level is not at the ideal level. IFMIS has been adopted as an important step against these integration problems encountered in different functional processes of public financial management in our country. One of the main objectives of the project, which is carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and with the contributions of important stakeholder public administrations is execution of financial processes in electronic environment. In line with this goal, it is aimed to carry out financial business processes in a healthier way by revealing business processes in accordance with the integration rules to be determined in accordance with the technical architecture created within the scope of the project, as well as the reference applications to be made available to the public administrations within the scope of the project. With the project, a significant contribution will be made to e-transformation process in which our country is also involved. In the study, it is aimed to provide information about the past, present and future of the IFMIS Project in Turkey by making use of the resources obtained through the literature review, the documentation created with the contributions of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and other public administrations that are the stakeholders of the project, the experiences of the public administrations and the outputs of the project. There is no comprehensive study about the Turkish implementation of the IFMIS Project. In this respect, it is aimed that the study will make an important contribution to the literature.
