Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the occupational satisfaction levels of psychologists working in institutions and organizations affiliated with various ministries in Türkiye. In addition to determining whether there is a significant difference in the occupational satisfaction levels of psychological counselors working in organizations connected to various ministries, this study examined the relationship between factors like gender, marital status, professional experience, education level, perception of the city where they live, perception of the salary they earn, and sense of belonging to the ministry they in which they work. Using a personal information form and the Occupational Satisfaction Scale (OSS), data from 229 psychological counselors employed by the Ministries of National Education, Justice, and Family and Social Services were collected. According to the findings, psychological counselors working in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education had significantly higher levels of professional satisfaction than those working in institutions affiliated with the Ministries of Justice and Family and Social Services, and psychological counselors working in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Justice had significantly higher levels of occupational satisfaction than those working in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services. While gender, professional experience, and sense of belonging to the ministry all made a significant difference in psychological counselors occupational satisfaction levels, there were no significant differences in marital status, educational status, city of residence, or perception of salary earned. The study's findings were reviewed in the context of related literature, and suggestions are given.
