Summary/Abstract: The author of this publication was an evaluator seven years in the EU Lifelong Learning Program (2007 – 2013). He acted some years as independent evaluation expert in the Bulgarian National Agency, and as well in the EU executive agency EACEA for different projects initiatives and actions. In this article he summarises and shares his experience and expertise about the evaluation process of the EU projects.
