Summary/Abstract: In this material, we presented the love theme encountered in the works of the writers - Yunus Emre and Zorica Latcu. The article starts with several introductory data concerning the key words in the title -mystical and dogmatic. This material presents the manner the two perceived love as a core theme of their creations; insofar as the Turkish poet is concerned, the theme is shrouded in mysticism, whereas her creations are both mystical and dogmatic. This research includes several biographical data of the two writers, but in the case of Zorica Latcu the information is more detailed. The poems by Mother Teodosia, selected to be commented were analysed from the literary perspective while taking into account the religious sources and influences. In the end, the material conclusions are drawn, while capitalising on the idea that there is nothing if there is no love, stating that Emre and Latcu remain innovative spirits for their times.
