Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the aesthetic categories in Romanian literary folklore are analyzed. Literary work addresses human sensitivity. In anonymous creation, the beautiful, the sublime, the graceful, the tragic do not submit to the whims of the tastes of the ages, but have a constant evolution. There is talk that form is a construction of the subconscious spirit, and aesthetic categories are defined and found here. In conclusion, aesthetics fulfils educational functions, exerting a multidimensional action on personality development.
